Executive Director - Ross Illingworth
Mr. Ross A Illingworth, is the Executive Director and Responsible Officer of Kingfisher Capital Partners. Mr. Illingworth is a veteran of the investment industry with over 30 years of experience.
He holds a Bachelor of Business from Deakin University [Victoria College] in Human Resources. He is a Graduate Member and Scholarship recipient of The Australian Institute of Company Directors course, Member Institute of Financial Professionals Australia (IFPA), and Master Practitioner Member of the Stockbrokers and Investment Advisers Association (SIAA Me. 556463).
Colonial Nominees Proprietary Limited and Mr. Illingworth are registered Tax Agents with the Tax Practitioners Board (Corporate registation No. 26189956 /Individual registration No. 26195458) limited to 'Tax (financial) advice services'.
Mr. Illingworth serves as a part-time member of the Financial Services and Credit Panel (FSCP). He is a council member and past-director of The Sir Robert Menzies Memorial Foundation Limited. He also served as a member of the Appeals Tribunal for the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand from 2013-2024 (February).
He has served on a number of listed company boards as a Non-Executive Director, Audit Committee Roles and Trustee roles. These include: Mystate, Equity Trustees Limited, The Rock Building Society Limited, The Lord Mayor's Charitable Foundation, The Sir Robert Menzies Memorial Foundation Ltd, Arthritis Victoria and Melbourne Opera.
Mr. Illingworth has served on various fundraising committees: Scope at Shannon Park, St John of God Hospital [Geelong], and The Florey Neuroscience Institutes. He is also a valued member of various investment committees serving charities, foundations and endowments.
